Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical Consultant with strong expertise in financial processes and SAP-related implementations. In this role, you will support a major transformation by ensuring business needs are clearly understood, accurately translated, and effectively integrated into the system design. You will work closely with controllers, stakeholders, and technical teams to validate solutions, improve processes, and secure reliable financial reporting structures.
This role suits someone who is structured, curious, confident in challenging assumptions, and comfortable navigating both business and technical environments.
Responsibilities
• Understand current financial processes and translate business requirements into clear input for system design
• Collaborate closely with controllers and stakeholders to ensure alignment across business and technical teams
• Validate proposed SAP solutions and provide feedback to secure accurate reporting and process integrity
• Support testing, validation, and calibration activities to ensure compliance and data accuracy
• Contribute ideas, best practices, and improvements to strengthen financial processes and reporting capabilities
• Work on-site in Malmö (Hubhult) at least 3 days per week
Core Requirements
• Proven experience working on SAP implementation or financial system integration projects
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting structures, and data flows
• Ability to analyze complex information, question assumptions, and identify root causes
• Skilled at managing stakeholders in abstract or technical contexts with clarity and confidence
• Structured, logical thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments
Nice-to-Have
• Experience adjusting or configuring financial structures within SAP
• Background in process improvement or financial data validation
• Familiarity with large-scale transformation projects
