Role Overview

We are looking for a curious and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join a cross-functional team working on customer-facing digital products. This role is ideal for a junior but talented developer (3–5 years of experience) with broad interests, a strong desire to learn continuously, and the motivation to grow through diverse technical challenges.

The position has a strong focus on frontend development, with a particular emphasis on native mobile applications. You will contribute to the development of high-quality apps for both iOS and Android, while also working on modern web solutions. User experience is central to everything the team builds, making curiosity about user behavior and modern technologies essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, improve, and maintain customer-facing web and mobile applications
  • Contribute across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services
  • Build and support cross-platform solutions using modern web and mobile technologies
  • Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team to discover and design new user experiences
  • Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and implementation decisions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and contribute to CI/CD workflows
  • Take initiative beyond core development tasks when needed, including testing, product discussions, or support work
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and team collaboration

Technical Skills 

  •  3–5 years of experience in frontend and/or mobile development
  • Strong interest in native mobile development for iOS and Android
  • Comfortable with backend development in TypeScript / Node.js
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React
  • Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals, performance, and usability
  • Ability to work with and integrate REST APIs
  • Professional working proficiency in English

Nice-to-Have

  • Hands-on experience with React Native
  • Experience building or contributing to native iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) applications
  • Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, testing, or CI/CD workflows
  • Interest in emerging technologies and evolving frontend or mobile ecosystems
