Role Overview
We are seeking an UI/UX Designer to join one of our product teams working on a technically advanced digital solution.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team where user needs and business goals meet in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the field of user experience and product design — someone who enjoys translating complexity into clarity, and who thrives in close collaboration with developers and product owners.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute throughout the entire design process — from research and concept development to prototyping and visual design.
- Explore and understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research.
- Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Help maintain and evolve design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.

Qualifications
- Degree in UX, digital design, product design, or equivalent.
- Experience working with Figma or similar design tools.
- Interest or experience in user research, usability testing, and accessibility design.
- Understanding of inclusive design principles.
- Ability to work effectively in agile and iterative environments.
