Head Of Sales

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and building a high-performing sales department from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing the sales team, and fostering a culture of success and accountability. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
  • Establish sales targets and KPIs, and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in building and managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
